Dr. Aninda Nishat Moitry

Lecturer

Dr. Aninda Nishat Moitry obtained her M.B.B.S. degree in 2012 from Sir Salimullah Medical College under the University of Dhaka and Master of Public Health (MPH) in 2016 from BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University, Bangladesh. She joined as a Lecturer at the Institute of Health Economics (IHE), University of Dhaka in January 2018. Prior to joining as a faculty, she worked in Bangladesh Civil Service (33rd BCS) as an Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate (Assistant Secretary of the Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh) and in icddr,b as a Research Trainee. Currently, she is pursuing MSc Epidemiology at the Imperial College London with Chevening Scholarship 2020-2021, awarded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the Government of United Kingdom.
